Hello. I am curious as to whether or not you can help me. I tried highlighting my hair about 4 months ago, it turned a orangish color so I went to get it fixed by Tangles. I wanted light brown hair (I am a dark brunette)with natural looking highlights. To fix it, she colored my hair with a brown (either the color I used or the color she used was an ash color)and tried to highlight over it. The top highlighted and the rest is dark brown with green and blue tints. I have tried 2 more times, at a salon, to lighten the green but it will not come out. I have tried ketchup masks, baking soda, head and shoulders and “Oops” color remover. I have tried washing my hair with distilled water since I have read that chlorine can turn blond hair green. I am to the point where I would like it stripped and dyed dirty blond. Can you, will you do this and how much would it cost me. I realize this may dry out my hair – some stylists will not strip hair. I just want normal looking hair. As of now, my hair is orange, brown, blond, green and blue!
